FeedFuel is operated by Amplifye Brand Limited Company ("Amplifye," "FeedFuel," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the FeedFuel mobile application, website, support services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

FeedFuel offers a web carousel maker and a mobile Instagram assistant. The web maker uses your account, saved brand information, notes and selected source materials to create editable carousels. It does not require an Instagram connection. Mobile features can also use information from an Instagram Professional account you choose to connect for insights, creation, planning and publishing.

This policy describes our data practices. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, that consent is separate from simply reading this policy.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Amplifye Brand Limited Company is responsible for the personal information FeedFuel collects and for Platform Data that Meta makes available to us through the permissions you grant.

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

Email: support@feedfuel.app
Website: https://feedfuel.app/support

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and support communications.
  • Your growth goals, industry, audience, offers, positioning, brand voice, content pillars, visual preferences, and other Brand Knowledge you choose to save.
  • Prompts, chat messages, captions, scripts, plans, edits, feedback, and other instructions you submit.
  • Images, videos, screenshots, links, documents, and reference materials you upload or ask FeedFuel to process.
  • Content you create, generate, save, schedule, or publish through FeedFuel.
  • Email addresses submitted through the website waitlist or other forms.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the Services.

Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and, depending on your choice, your name and your email address or a private relay address created by Apple.

Voice dictation

If you use dictation, your speech is converted to text by your device's speech-recognition service, which is provided by Apple or Google and may process audio on their servers under their own privacy terms. FeedFuel receives the resulting text. FeedFuel does not record or store your audio.

Information from Instagram and Meta

When you connect an Instagram Professional account through Meta's approved authorization flow, we may receive and process information permitted by the permissions you grant, including:

  • Instagram account and profile identifiers, username, account type, biography, profile image, website, follower count, media count, and related profile information.
  • Your Instagram posts and media, including captions, media type, media URLs or thumbnails, timestamps, and identifiers.
  • Available engagement and performance information, such as reach, views or impressions, likes, comments, saves, shares, profile activity, audience information, and follower activity times.
  • Publishing status, permissions, and information needed to publish or schedule content on your behalf.
  • OAuth access tokens, token expiration information, granted permissions, and connection status.

FeedFuel does not receive or store your Instagram password. You enter Instagram credentials directly through Meta's authorization experience. The information Meta makes available depends on your account type, the permissions you grant, and Meta's APIs.

Information from TikTok

When you connect a TikTok account through TikTok's authorization flow, we may receive and process information permitted by the permissions you grant, including:

  • Your TikTok account identifier, display name, username, profile image, biography and profile link.
  • Account statistics such as follower count, following count, total likes and video count.
  • Your public videos and their available information, including captions, cover images, timestamps, and view, like, comment and share counts.
  • Publishing status and the information needed to publish content you approve.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiration, granted permissions and connection status.

FeedFuel does not receive or store your TikTok password.

Web purchases, subscriptions and transaction information

Web carousel packs are one-time purchases made through RevenueCat hosted checkout, using Stripe for payment processing. We send RevenueCat your FeedFuel/Firebase account identifier and the selected pack so that a confirmed purchase can be assigned to your account. Payment details are entered in the payment provider’s checkout.

When you purchase a mobile subscription through Apple or Google, the applicable app store processes your payment. FeedFuel and RevenueCat may receive information such as:

  • Purchased product, pack quantity, subscription entitlement, carousel balance and usage adjustments.
  • Purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, refund, and trial or promotional status.
  • Store transaction identifiers and a FeedFuel customer identifier.
  • Country, currency, and limited purchase metadata provided by the store.

We do not store your full payment-card number or card security code. RevenueCat, Stripe and the app stores process payment and transaction information under their own terms and privacy notices. We retain purchase records needed to reconcile your allowance, handle support, detect fraud and meet legal obligations.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and app identifiers, Firebase user identifiers, push-notification identifiers, and notification tokens.
  • Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general configuration information.
  • IP address, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and security or authentication metadata.
  • Feature usage, job status, activity timestamps, subscription usage, and interactions needed to operate and improve the Services.
  • Crash reports, error messages, stack traces, performance information, and related diagnostics.

Website information

When you visit feedfuel.app, our website and hosting providers process browser and device information, IP address and request logs needed to deliver and secure the site. The web maker uses browser storage for authentication, draft recovery and account-specific application state. Signing out clears the active session; it does not delete your account or saved content. If you join the mobile-app waitlist, we collect the email address you submit through Supabase. Additional measurement technologies, where used, are subject to applicable consent requirements.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and authenticate your FeedFuel account.
  • Connect the Instagram Professional account you select.
  • Connect the TikTok account you select, display its profile and video performance, and publish content to it at your direction.
  • Import and display your profile, posts, and available insights.
  • Analyze your profile and content and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Remember your Brand Knowledge, preferences, references, and prior work.
  • Generate plans, ideas, scripts, captions, images, carousels, infographics, videos, and other content you request.
  • Operate the Content Concierge and retain conversation history so the experience can remain contextual.
  • Save, schedule, publish, and monitor content at your direction.
  • Process one-time packs and subscriptions, verify purchases, track generation allowances and included feature limits, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
  • Send service messages and, with permission, push notifications about requested jobs, scheduled content, account status, and product updates.
  • Maintain security, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the Services.
  • Measure performance, improve product quality, and develop new features.
  • Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.

We do not sell your Instagram data, prompts, uploads, or generated content. We do not use private connected-account data to train a public, general-purpose model for unrelated customers.

4. AI processing

Some FeedFuel features use artificial intelligence. To fulfill a request, we may send the information needed for that request—such as your prompt, Brand Knowledge, selected Instagram context, images, video, links, or prior conversation—to AI service providers acting on our behalf.

For the web carousel maker, this can include your topic, notes, saved brand context, imported source text and text you ask us to rewrite. If you ask for image context, the selected images may be sent to an AI provider to describe their contents. Ordinary image placement and manual rendering can process an upload without sending it to a text model. Source import may fetch a public webpage or extract text from a PDF you provide. Do not upload confidential information or personal data that you do not have authority to share for this processing.

AI providers may include Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI. The provider used can vary by feature. For example, one provider may generate or analyze text, while another may process media, perform grounded research, create embeddings, or generate images or video.

FeedFuel uses these providers to return the output you request and to operate the Services. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own advertising. Their processing is also governed by their applicable service terms, privacy terms, and our agreements with them.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. Review every output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

Service providers

We use companies that help us operate FeedFuel, including providers for:

  • Cloud hosting, databases, authentication, storage, and messaging, including Google Firebase and Render.
  • Web purchase and subscription management, including RevenueCat; web payment processing by Stripe; and mobile payments by Apple or Google.
  • Push notifications, including OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  • Error monitoring and diagnostics, including Sentry.
  • Artificial-intelligence processing, including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
  • Website forms and infrastructure, including Supabase.
  • Product analytics, including PostHog (US Cloud), to understand website navigation, section interactions, account sign-in, carousel creation, downloads and checkout initiation. When signed in, we use your Firebase account identifier to connect web and mobile product activity. We do not send passwords, payment details, carousel prompts or slide text, uploaded files, or signed asset URLs to this web analytics integration. We also record anonymised session replays of page layout and interactions; all text you type into forms is masked before the replay leaves your browser, and replays are disabled if you opt out or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

Instagram and Meta

We communicate with Meta's systems to connect your account, retrieve permitted data, refresh authorization, and publish or schedule content you approve. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's own terms and privacy policies.

TikTok

We communicate with TikTok's systems to connect your account, retrieve permitted data, refresh authorization, and publish content you approve. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and privacy policy.

Legal, safety, and business reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • Enforce our agreements or investigate fraud, security issues, or abuse.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of FeedFuel, our users, or others.
  • Complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on:

  • Performance of a contract: to create your account and provide the features you request.
  • Consent: when you connect Instagram, grant device permissions, enable notifications, or make another consent-based choice. You may withdraw consent, but some features may stop working.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, understand, and improve the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, and other legal requirements.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account-linked information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Examples:

  • Instagram authorization data is retained while your account remains connected or until it expires, is revoked, or is deleted.
  • TikTok authorization data is retained while your account remains connected or until it expires, is revoked, or is deleted.
  • Brand Knowledge, web carousel drafts, generated revisions, uploaded source assets, conversations, plans, scheduled posts and analytics are retained while needed for your account and requested features. Deleting a web carousel removes it from your library and schedules associated generated revisions for cleanup; it does not immediately erase shared source uploads or every backup copy. Contact us if you want source uploads or all account-linked information deleted.
  • Web carousel history normally retains the 20 most recent successfully rendered revisions. Older generated revisions are queued for cleanup; timing can vary while a generation or cleanup task is running. This does not remove shared source uploads.
  • Waitlist information is retained until it is no longer needed for launch communications or you ask us to remove it.
  • Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Security logs, diagnostics, and backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion before being overwritten or removed through normal retention cycles.

Mobile users can request account deletion from Profile → Account → Delete account. Web users can request account deletion by emailing support@feedfuel.app from the email associated with their account; you do not need to install the app to make a request. We may verify account ownership before acting. Account deletion removes your FeedFuel account, disconnects the associated Instagram account, and initiates deletion of account-linked information from our active systems, subject to limited legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention exceptions.

You can also revoke FeedFuel's Instagram permissions through your Instagram or Meta account settings. Revoking access stops new Instagram data from being retrieved, but does not by itself delete information already stored by FeedFuel. To remove stored FeedFuel account data, use the in-app account-deletion control or contact us.

You can revoke FeedFuel's TikTok access in the TikTok app under Settings → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions. Revoking access stops new TikTok data from being retrieved but does not by itself delete information already stored by FeedFuel.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request, where required.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

You may manage notifications in the app or device settings, disconnect Instagram through Meta, manage mobile subscriptions through Apple or Google, and request account deletion in the app or by contacting us. Web packs do not have an automatic renewal to cancel.

To make a privacy request, email support@feedfuel.app. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the account before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Website analytics choices

The website uses browser storage for product analytics identifiers and limited campaign attribution. You can turn website analytics off using the Website analytics control on this page. The setting applies to this browser. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this analytics integration. Essential account, security and payment functions continue to work when analytics is off.

California residents

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and may receive information about our data practices. FeedFuel does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, secure authorization flows, and monitoring. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Protect your device and connected accounts. Notify us promptly if you believe your FeedFuel or Instagram connection has been compromised.

10. International processing

FeedFuel and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

FeedFuel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FeedFuel only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support@feedfuel.app.

12. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interact with Instagram, Meta, Apple, Google, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. FeedFuel is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our data practices. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means the updated policy applies to future use.
